Facility Rentals

Our facility can be rented by the hour. Rentals must be booked in advance. Please contact us to book a rental.

Parking and Drop-Offs:

• Athletes must be dropped off at the entrance or transported via group transportation (e.g., bus or van).
• Athletes must not be dropped off more than 15 minutes prior to the rental start time.
• Blocking the parking lot, blocking business access, or loitering in the parking lot is not permitted, and may result in the cancellation of the rental, without refund.

Conduct & Responsibility:

• Any athlete, coach, or parent who fails to follow instructions from Fuel Athletics staff may be asked to leave, and such conduct may result in cancellation of the rental, without refund.
• By booking a facility rental, the Booking Organization (the 'Organization') assumes full financial responsibility for the actions of all individuals associated with its booking, including but not limited to athletes, coaches, parents, and spectators. The Organization shall indemnify and hold the facility harmless for any loss or damage to the facility premises, fixtures, business personal property, or retail inventory caused by such individuals. The Organization agrees to provide immediate monetary reimbursement for the full replacement cost of any such loss or damage upon written demand.
